Hi-speed Wi-Fi
The connection is the product — the one thing a coworking space cannot afford to be occasionally good at. The line is 200 Mbps down and 200 Mbps up with ping under 5 ms, and each device is capped at 100 Mbps so one big download cannot slow the room for everyone else.
Power backup
The grid goes down; the work does not. Desks, lights and the Wi-Fi stay up through an outage, which is the whole difference between a coworking space and a cafe with plug sockets.
Air conditioning
Every hall and every private office. From May to September this stops being a comfort and becomes the reason anything gets finished.
Air purifier
Lahore winter air is not a small thing to work in. The halls run purifiers through the smog season.

A conference room for calls, interviews and pitches. Bookable by the hour, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and included with every plan rather than priced separately.
In-house library
71 books on the shelf — history, economics, technology, philosophy and fiction — and members borrow them against their account. Browsable online before you ever visit.

Printer
Shared, on site. Printing a contract should not mean a trip across Bahria Town. The Regular plan includes 20 free black-and-white pages a month, while Basic and Starter include none. Beyond that, black-and-white pages are PKR 5 each and colour pages PKR 10 each.
Lockers and storage
Leave the monitor, the paperwork and the second laptop overnight instead of carrying them both ways every day.
The premises
You are leaving equipment and client work here.
Parking
Right outside the building. It is open parking, not an attended car park, so lock up — vehicles parked outside remain the owner's responsibility.
CCTV
The shared areas and the approaches to them are covered by camera.
Secured access
The floors are not open to the street. Private offices lock, and the halls are staffed through front-desk hours.

Access hours differ by space, and the difference is not cosmetic — it decides which plans can actually be used where.
